THE BIRTH OF MADAME SUM

 

This is the tale of a bromance in Switzerland that turned into a culinary, multicultural team. That’s right, there’s always something cooking at Madame Sum! Is this down to our habit of saying “hell yes!” to everything? Damn right, it is!

 

We are a collective of ravenous foodies who share a soft spot for gastronomic treats. We’re obsessed with food. We see the world as a giant XXXXL kitchen, which is why we never switch off! Our ethos involves taking risks, following our impulses, and experimenting with flavours at every opportunity. It’s this outlook that gave birth to Madame Sum — and the many dumplings we’ve created over the years.
