2. Our shipping partner DPD will pick up your shipment and dispatch it overnight — so it arrives at your door the next day in perfect condition. See below where we deliver.

3. Just answer the door and accept your lovingly prepared frozen dumplings! Not at home? No problem, we put enough dry ice, so the parcel can stay outside for some time. However, make sure to place the products in freezer as soon as you are back.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER YOUR DUMPLINGS?

Place your order before 1:30pm, and we’ll deliver your dumplings the next day — Tuesday to Saturday.

We use dry ice to keep your dumplings fresh and tasty. This, combined with our insulating packaging, ensures your lovingly made dumplings are fully frozen when they arrive at your door.

In the unlikely event that you experience issues with your delivery, please check your tracking email provided by our shipping partner. If you still need assistance, reach out to our support team.

 

SHIPPING COSTS EXPLAINED

Delivering frozen food is expensive, as dry ice and insulating packaging are required to ensure your food arrives at your door safely and in perfect condition. This, coupled with additional logistics costs, adds to the overall cost of delivery. But rest assured that we’re constantly looking for ways to reduce our delivery costs — ensuring more of your money goes towards our delicious dumplings!
